As a Small Business Office Analyst, you will use your sharp negotiation tactics and talent for organization to help manage critical proposal documents and support small business compliance and initiatives in partnership with our market teams. We need you to bring your contract management knowledge to our Small Business Office team where you’ll be a trusted advisor and a valuable collaborator who finds creative solutions to complex problems. As a Small Business Office Analyst on our team, you’ll use your program management and small business expertise to capture, implement, and manage a diverse range of proposals and contracts in partnership with our markets. In this role, you’ll touch every element of government acquisition, from support of proposal creation to management of final reporting on small business subcontracting. You’ll review and analyze solicitations for potential risks, guide suggested proposal strategies, advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies, and manage small business subcontracting goals in program delivery. As a trusted business partner, you’ll assist in the development and reporting of small business subcontracting plans. You’ll also use your strategizing skills to provide the most compelling case to increase proposal wins and acceptance of small business subcontracting plans.
