About The Position
The Small Business Liaison Officer (SBLO) plays a crucial role in promoting the company's commitment to engaging with small, disadvantaged, veteran-owned, and minority-owned businesses. Reporting to the Director of Global Supply Management, the SBLO is responsible for developing strategies to meet small business contracting goals, managing relationships with small business partners, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations such as the FAR and DFARS. This position serves as the primary point of contact for the company, small business subcontractors, and government agencies monitoring small business utilization.
