Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance preferred.
Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

Manage and service a book of small business accounts.
Handle daily client service tasks, including renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
Perform online rating and understand direct billing processes.
Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applied EPIC system.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
