Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager, with extensive experience working with national carriers.
  • Active Property & Casualty license
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, maintain proper organization, and leverage a strong understanding of diverse commercial insurance coverages.
  • Experience with Epic required

Responsibilities

  • Review and verify policies against submissions, quotations, and proposals.
  • Proven ability to act as a key liaison between clients and carriers, successfully building and maintaining lasting professional relationships.
  • Expertise in overseeing the full service cycle, including managing policy renewals, processing claims, and ensuring comprehensive coverage.
  • Demonstrated skill in connecting clients with appropriate carriers and ensuring proper Property & Casualty coverage is maintained.
  • Proactively follow up with markets for quotations and issue auto ID cards.
