Requirements

3+ years of proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager, with extensive experience working with national carriers.
Active Property & Casualty license
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, maintain proper organization, and leverage a strong understanding of diverse commercial insurance coverages.
Experience with Epic required

Responsibilities

Review and verify policies against submissions, quotations, and proposals.
Proven ability to act as a key liaison between clients and carriers, successfully building and maintaining lasting professional relationships.
Expertise in overseeing the full service cycle, including managing policy renewals, processing claims, and ensuring comprehensive coverage.
Demonstrated skill in connecting clients with appropriate carriers and ensuring proper Property & Casualty coverage is maintained.
Proactively follow up with markets for quotations and issue auto ID cards.
