• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Take a leadership role in the renewal process to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered to clients in a timely manner.
• Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.
• Nurture relationships with clients and day-to-day client representatives.
• Guide team members in addressing clients' risk management needs through consultative conversations.
• Mentor Client Service team members through continuous learning and feedback.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels are met.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data within the Gallagher system.
• Utilize Gallagher's technology to improve productivity and quality.
• Effectively manage multiple competing priorities.
