About The Position
The Small Business Card Experiences & Capabilities team is looking for a Senior Business Manager to lead our Strategic Growth and Product Analytics team. Our team is building capabilities that make our cards more attractive to small business owners, ultimately helping them to grow their businesses. We thrive on deeply understanding customer needs and business opportunities, then working cross functionally to develop a strategy and learning agenda to meet those needs. Your role will be to help drive the strategic vision and analytical approach for growing our Employee Card and Virtual Card portfolios as well as driving engagement through improved digital experiences. You and your direct reports will partner with Product Managers, Marketing, Engineering, Design and many others to deliver critical capabilities powering our Small Business Card value propositions.
