The Small Business – Business and Performance Manager is accountable for helping to standardize reporting on Small Business performance including financials, sales performance, product, channels, and segments. This role will help shape and continuously improve performance management by establishing and monitoring KPIs and goals, driving transparency scorecard management, and developing clear, concise, and consistent performance reporting. A core responsibility of this role is serving as the connective tissue between the data teams and Small Business leadership - ensuring insights are translated into decision‑ready deliverables, supporting disciplined business management routines, enabling effective leadership conversations, meeting top‑of‑house reporting needs, and driving one unified performance story and source of truth.
