In this role, you will assist specialists and internal partners with various tasks, including calling activities, credit and portfolio requests, account management, and community events. Your primary responsibility will be to contact customers to retain and expand relationships using a consultative selling approach. You will execute credit and portfolio tasks, which include contacting customers for updated financial information, ensuring compliance with loan agreements, and completing financial reporting requirements. Additionally, you will facilitate loan closings for vehicle and equipment loans and resolve customer maintenance tasks by engaging product experts as needed. You will also participate in community and business functions to promote a positive image for the bank and establish Centers of Influence (COIs). Your role will involve reviewing preliminary credit approval summaries, evaluating appraisal annual review requirements, and supporting specialists with prospecting, cross-selling, and business development. This position requires a motivated and organized self-starter who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
