About The Position
The Virtual Business Banker II (VBB II) is responsible for managing daily operations and executing inbound and outbound sales efforts in a phone-based environment. This role focuses on retaining and deepening relationships with high net worth small business owners by cross-selling additional products and services. The VBB II will utilize advanced business credit sales skills and a multi-touch client contact strategy to enhance customer relationships and drive sales performance.
