The position involves representing the bank in conducting active prospect and customer business development activities with small business clients, specifically those with revenues of less than $5 million. The goal is to generate new deposit, loan, treasury, and other fee income while meeting the needs of the bank's assigned and prospective business customers. The role requires managing relationships with small business banking clients through consistent outreach, nurturing, and growth, as well as establishing a strong referral network with real estate agents, brokers, CPAs, accountants, attorneys, and other Centers of Influence (COIs). Additionally, the position involves collaborating with other lines of business to ensure clients' specific needs are met and providing quality customer service through problem resolution and consistent communication. The candidate will also participate in civic and community activities to promote the bank's diverse products and services and strengthen community ties.
