High School Diploma High level of interpersonal skills Ability to communicate clearly and effectively Ability to lead, coach, and motivate others Proactive spirit; fast learner Commitment to providing high-quality work Possess a solid grasp of utilizing computers, tablets, and smartphones for material handling and daily warehouse operations Demonstrated ability to navigate various software applications Experience in a SMT/SMA production environment or within a Kanban-driven manufacturing environment Interest in cross-training in other SMA operational roles Previous leadership and/or people management experience Relevant technical education and computer literacy Familiarity with Electrostatic Discharge precautions Ability to work overtime and/or flexible shift hours when required
