About The Position
Under general supervision, this position provides support for the mushroom growing process in several situations and job tasks. Utility works from 7 AM to 4 PM, 6 days a week. General Utility performs any/all of the following tasks: Covering mushroom beds with plastic, Sweeping up excess materials, Washing down floors, breezeways, equipment, wharfs, buildings, and cleaning beds Changing fly-paper and filters, Installing or removing lighting, Installing or removing door plastic Removing bubble, Covering green mold and probing beds.
