The position involves maintaining and repairing gaming machines and electronic devices at Bally's Black Hawk Casino. The role requires a focus on providing genuine service to both internal and external guests while ensuring that all machines are operational and compliant with Colorado Department of Gaming Regulations.

  • Practice Genuine Service for internal and external guests.
  • Adjust and repair machines, replacing worn or defective electrical or mechanical parts using hand tools.
  • Ensure an adequate amount of surplus monitors and parts are in inventory.
  • Test, bench repair, and evaluate slot machine monitors.
  • Maintain other casino electronic devices.
  • Examine defective machines to determine causes of malfunctions.
  • Conduct general maintenance and/or service on all machines and equipment.
  • Conduct daily inspections of gaming machines.
  • Participate in programming or repair of progressive gaming and other electronic displays.
  • Ensure all slot machines are in working order per Colorado Department of Gaming Regulations.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • A Colorado Division of Gaming Support license is required for this position.
  • Must be able to obtain and hold a CO Gaming License.
  • TIPs certification required.
  • Previous money handling and guest service experience preferred.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to exercise initiative and a sense of urgency.
  • Exceptionally self-motivated and directed.
  • Must have an outgoing personality and enjoy dealing with people.
  • Strong tactical skills.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all employees and guests.
