About The Position

As a Slot Operations Dispatcher, you will be the central point of communication for the department by ensuring a seamless experience for guests and internal teams. In this role, you will manage dispatches, prioritize administrative tasks, and deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years old and possesses the ability to obtain a license with the New York State Gaming Commission as applicable to this role's licensing requirements.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize dispatches using a computerized maintenance management system, ensuring swift response to slot-related needs.
• Act as the communication hub between guests, floor personnel, and all casino departments, providing clear, professional, and efficient service.
• Own all guest requests and concerns, resolving issues promptly while delivering an exceptional service experience.
• Maintain deep knowledge of casino operations and property offerings to assist guests and team members effectively.
• Uphold a clean, safe, and professional work environment, contributing to a high-energy and engaging casino atmosphere.
