WE LOVE OUR WORK. Diagnoses and repair all technical problems associated with slot machines and related equipment. Performs routine maintenance on all slot machines and related equipment per manufacturer's specifications. Diagnoses and repairs all technical problems associated with ACSC slot system and the central control computer server system. Installs, removes, and modifies slot machines and related equipment as directed, including full preparation of slot machines for play. Generates computer reports relating to slot performance and maintenance, as required. Assists with guest service problems and inquiries. Serves in the capacity of a traveling VGT Technician or Service Technician, as needed. Provides professional representation at internal and external meetings and events. Demonstrates abilities to meet performance expectations with Communications, Initiative/Problem Solving, Guest Service/Interpersonal Relations, Work Habits and Conduct, and Responsible Gaming/Business Ethics. Ensures interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the customer service program Adheres to all Corporate and local policies, procedures, and operating guidelines.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED; Associate's/Technical Degree in a technical or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical or computer related field or prior experience with slot machines or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
  • Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as operating and maintenance instructions and manuals.
  • Must have the ability to present information and respond to questions from employees and guests.
  • Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures.
  • Must have the ability to write reports.
  • Must have the ability to perform basic math skills.
  • Must have intermediate computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).
