WE LOVE OUR WORK. Responsible for the overall repair and maintenance of all Electronic gaming devices. Performs major and minor, scheduled and nonscheduled repairs on slot machines Maintains accurate records identifying repairs of department equipment in accordance with department policies and procedures Promotes positive public relations internally and externally Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service Verifying and repairing all related gaming equipment Responsible for customer relations. Performing repair to slot machines Handles customer relations and minor customer disputes - Ensures the safety and security of all guests and employees. Other duties as assigned. Use of screwdriver, hand-held radio, and other slot related supplies.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming licenses as determined by the Mississippi Gaming Commission for the position.
• Knowledgeable of repair slot machine functions.
• Ability to read simple instructions.
• Ability to do some troubleshooting.
• Ability to complete slot-related paperwork with a minimum of errors.
• Knowledge of gaming laws and regulations.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment.
• Ability to do assigned job duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures.
• Always maintain a pleasant, friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Have complete knowledge of all events and promotional activities.

Nice To Haves

• Technical background in repair w/ Knowledge of slots and related gaming equipment preferred
• 2 year’s experience in slot technical field preferred.
