WE LOVE OUR WORK. Maintains and repairs electrical and mechanical devices on electronic gaming machines, kiosk machines, and signage. Exercises good judgment to determine whether to repair or replace malfunctioning parts of a slot machine, following standard procedures. This position is responsible for providing a high level of guest service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Some training in electrical/electronics, and an ability to work with hands.
  • Must understand and speak the English language.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds, and team lift 400 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • One to two years of Electrical/Electronic training and/or work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responds to calls for assistance; troubleshoots and resolves electrical and mechanical malfunctions.
  • Performs preventative maintenance on slot machines as directed.
  • Assists Slot supervision in the resolution of guest disputes regarding malfunctioning equipment.
  • Cleans slot machines and area as directed.
  • Diagnoses, repairs, and programs progressive signs.
  • Diagnoses and repairs electronic components or wiring problems.
  • Assists in the relocation or installation of equipment.
  • Tests and debugs equipment functioning following maintenance work in the company of an Illinois Gaming Board representative.
  • Other duties as assigned.
