Slot Technician Senior - Full Time (Caesars Atlantic City)

Requirements
- Slot repair and/or electronic training or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of three years experience as a slot technician.
- Demonstrates superior communication and training skills.
- Working knowledge of computers and software applications preferred.
- Must be proficient in the use of tools applicable to slot repair.
- Ability to read and comprehend schematic drawings.
- Knowledge of N.J.A.C. Regulations pertaining to Slots.
- NJ CER LICENSE REQUIRED

Responsibilities
- Handles advanced levels of repair and maintenance of all slot machines and associated equipment.
- Exhibits superior trouble shooting and problem diagnostic skills for advanced level repairs.
- Performs required adjustments and repairs to all peripheral equipment resulting in maintaining the department’s maximum efficiency.
- Oversees and assists in the installation, repair and maintenance of the “SDS”, specialty and progressive systems and bill changers.
- Ensures customer contact is courteous, informative and thorough through the use of company standard customer service skills.
- Assists Electronic Technicians as needed to ensure maximum performance of all equipment.
- Investigates all customer complaints relating to the operation of slot machines, which are beyond the mechanical or technical scope of the Slot Operations staff.
- Provides on the job technical support and training to various positions within Slot Operations.
- Conducts classroom style instruction as required for all Slot Personnel.
- Keeps abreast of industry changes and the development of new products.
- Moves and sets on bases upright slot machines with assistance from another technician.
- Responsible for accurate completion of all required regulatory and company forms/logs.
