About The Position

Slot Technicians are professionals who repair, maintain, and monitor the operation of assigned electronic gaming devices, including the physical moves of any related gaming equipment. Additionally, a slot technician will work with management to oversee the repair of machines by ordering parts and providing cost estimates. Additional responsibilities include keeping detailed records of maintenance and up-to-date certifications. If you have a background in the technology industry and possess a keen understanding of computer software and hardware this position is for you!

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Two (2)-year Electronic Degree is preferred or equivalent experience in electrical maintenance
• Must be able to acquire and maintain the Maryland Lottery & Gaming Control Agency license required for the position

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of hand tools and electronic testing devices

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain electronic gaming devices on the casino floor and repair shop
• Participate in the installation, movement, repair, and removal of electronic gaming devices
• Maintain proper gaming logs in order to comply with state and or internal regulations
• Ensure an enjoyable gaming experience for guests of Live! Casino and Hotel by maintaining the gaming equipment at the top level of proper operation
• Ensure interaction with guests is friendly, cooperative and professional.
