About The Position

The Slot Technician I is responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of slot machines at Legends Bay Casino. This role involves ensuring the functionality of various brands of slot machines, assisting with customer disputes, and adhering to company policies and regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and/or GED.
• Previous experience in handling cash.
• Working knowledge of AC/DC theory is a plus.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain various brands of slot machines.
• Repair and maintain the player tracking system.
• Assist Supervisors with customer disputes.
• Move slot machines as needed.
• Convert various brands of slot machines.
• Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of applicable company and departmental policies and procedures.
