About The Position

Provide fast, friendly service, performing repairs and preventative maintenance on slot machines and assisting with jackpots/fills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned). Provides consistently prompt, courteous service to guest in professional manner. Maintains a safe, clean and comfortable work environment at all times. Maintains constant awareness of services, promotions, and events offered by Pioneer Crossing. Performs the repair and modification work on slot machines; repairs all aspects of mechanical and electro-mechanical slot machines. Submits suggestions to the Slot Dept. regarding improvements in operations and safety. Completes paperwork accurately and in a timely manner in compliance with company, state and federal policies and regulations; keeps paperwork confidential at all times.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Effective communication in verbal and written English.
• High school level math skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work successfully with the public and fellow employees.
• Knowledge of slot repair operations.
• Advanced electronic knowledge.
• Ability to multi-task and be aware of surroundings.
• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office programs.
• Knowledge of Oasis is a plus.
• Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Control Board registration.
