About The Position

The position is for a full-time team member responsible for the maintenance and repair of electronic gaming devices and equipment. The role involves troubleshooting malfunctions, performing necessary repairs, and ensuring the efficient operation of gaming devices. The employee will also assist in customer service by resolving disputes related to malfunctioning equipment and will be expected to adhere to safety regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls for assistance.
• Identify malfunctions, troubleshoot, and perform necessary repairs of electronic gaming devices and equipment.
• Install, inspect, and test electronic gaming devices, hardware, equipment, and associated systems for efficient business operations.
• Adjust electronic and electro-mechanical equipment to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Perform necessary preventive maintenance of electronic gaming devices.
• Assist slot supervision in resolving customer disputes regarding malfunctioning equipment.
• Clean slot machines and areas as directed.
• Assist in the relocation or installation of equipment.
• Test and debug equipment functioning following maintenance work in the company of an Indiana Gaming Commission representative.
• Observe all safety regulations in the performance of assigned duties and report unsafe conditions to the assigned supervisor.
• Perform duties of Slot Attendant as necessary to ensure maximum performance of all slot machines on the casino floor.
• Act as a role model and present oneself as a credit to Horseshoe, encouraging others to do the same.
• Adhere to all department and company policies and procedures.
• Perform all related duties as assigned.
