This position is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Slot Department to ensure all customers are given the proper customer service, sets the tone for the shift, trains department staff, ensures conformance of all slot machines and equipment to established standards. In addition, we strive to deliver our Five Star Experience to Guests and fellow Team Members.
