The individual will respond to guest requests, complaints, or inquiries in a courteous and prompt manner, promoting departmental and property-wide promotions. Additionally, the position includes handling guest change requirements, verifying necessary authorizations for jackpots and hand pays, and ensuring timely completion of ticket fills and minor machine maintenance to keep machines operational. The role also involves maintaining Slot Floor Security, assisting other Slot personnel, and facilitating information flow through regular departmental meetings and trainings. Consistent attendance and maintaining cleanliness in all areas are also key responsibilities.
