Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in casino slot operations or equivalent training
• Ability to maintain applicable gaming licenses and cards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction
• A champion of our Family Style Service—warm, welcoming, and always guest-first

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily slot operations with precision and positivity
• Ensure all service areas sparkle and meet top-tier cleanliness standards
• Provide expert guidance on slot machine functions, layouts, and troubleshooting
• Maintain security of games, funds, and team members
• Monitor compliance with company policies and gaming regulations
• Deliver coaching, feedback, and disciplinary actions when needed
• Foster a team culture rooted in respect, support, and shared success
