About The Position
As a Slot Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing efficient service to all guests utilizing slot machines, ensuring that machines are monitored on a continual basis for full capacity operation. You will demonstrate outstanding service skills, consistently meeting or exceeding guest expectations, and educate guests about gaming machine functions and payouts. You will promote the loyalty program and departmental promotions while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. Your role will involve circulating in assigned areas to ensure guests' needs are met and that the slot machines are functioning correctly.
