SUMMARY: Responsible for consistently providing a high degree of prompt, considerate and courteous guest service by means of acknowledgement and accommodations. Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to) Offers accessibility to all Guests by constantly monitoring all areas of the casino floor. Maintains a sufficient amount of currency in their possession to accommodate reasonable requests for change at any given time. Generates and verifies hand pays. Demonstrates proficiency and accuracy when performing transactions with money and/or filling out required paperwork. Replaces printer paper in the slot machines. Performs minor machine maintenance (bill validator jams, replacing light bulbs, reel tilts, LCD box communication failures), and addresses minor ticket issues. Helps keep areas clean and free of debris. Performs other duties as assigned.
