Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience in a change management role, demonstrating a successful track record in managing change initiatives.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with excellentmunication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying and managing risks associated with change.
  • Thorough understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in utilizing change management software, project management tools, and IT systems.
  • Personal vehicle and reliable transportation is required.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required to read and interpret documents, instructions, and manuals, as well as tomunicate effectively.
  • The ability to logical thinking to execute instructions and resolve problems is crucial.
  • Applicants must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
  • The role requires regular standing, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally. The incumbent must also be able to perform duties in varying work conditions, such as confined spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership to a team of Slot Hosts, offering guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their effective performance.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging openmunication and teamwork.
  • Develop and implementprehensive change management policies, procedures, and best practices to facilitate successful change implementation.
  • Assess the impact of proposed changes and identify, analyze, and effectively manage associated risks.
  • Ensure all changes ad to theanization's change management policies and are properly documented and approved.
  • Collaborate closely with the IT department and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of system changes with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Act as a liaison between the Slot Host team and other departments, facilitating effectivemunication and coordination.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor adnce to change management processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Make rmendations for enhancements to existing change management procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of change management initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Communicate any issues, risks, or roadblocks encountered during the change management process and propose mitigation strategies.
