About The Position

Oversees all slot activities on assigned shift in a specific area. Directs and oversees all duties performed by slot floor persons. Assists with scheduling, training, counseling and evaluating slot team members. Verifies check in and out for change banks and Redemption Booths. Approves slot machine payoffs in assigned area. Evaluates and motivates slot team members. Ensures compliance with company standards and gaming regulations. Administers departmental policies and procedures. Responsible for all guest service related tasks in assigned areas.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 1-year related experience.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to utilize MS Office applications.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills necessary to deliver superior casino resort service to a diverse customer base.
• Display strong leadership qualities and the ability to serve both internal and external customers.
• Ability to maintain high confidentiality.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to balance, control, and report significant amounts of cash accountability on assigned shift.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and support employees, while enforcing company policies.
