About The Position

The Slot Clerk will maintain knowledge of computer software and file management techniques and apply that knowledge to the ongoing slot maintenance program set forth by management. Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or successful completion of a GED Certificate.
• Proficiency with computer software including, but not limited to, Microsoft Project, Access, Excel, Outlook, as well as internet-based ordering forms and reference materials.
• Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group situations.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to multi-task while still maintaining a positive attitude.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Ability to obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Practice, support, and promote Thunder Valley Casino Resort's 'ELITE' company-wide service mission and demonstrate AAA Four Diamond service standards at all times.
• Ensure proper safety procedures are being followed at all times.
• Maintain accurate files of gaming machines by manufacturers, and be involved in all aspects of slot machine hard files.
• Assist the Project Coordinator and Systems Technician with all machine files and support documentation.
• Maintain up to date technical knowledge on technologies and products applicable to the future needs of the department.
• Ensure that the par sheets for games are maintained and accessible for reference.
• Maintain files dealing with all slot machines received by the slot department.
• Be familiar with OSHA safety codes on various chemicals and electrical equipment used within the department and maintain a MSDS book.
