About The Position

The Slot Beverage Ambassador at Wildfire Fremont is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to guests while ensuring compliance with Title 31 regulations. This role involves serving alcohol responsibly, handling guest interactions positively, and managing various tasks related to beverage service and player card signups.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• Effective communication skills with guests, team members, and management.
• Basic math and money handling skills.
• Ability to handle a flexible schedule.
• Complete knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beers, including proper glassware and garnishes.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in bartending, hosting, food serving, or cashiering.

Responsibilities

• Provide beverage service to guests in assigned areas.
• Ensure compliance with Title 31 requirements.
• Serve alcohol responsibly according to training.
• Handle guest opportunities in a positive manner.
• Manage slot floor operations including hand pays and minor machine repairs.
• Conduct currency and coin exchanges.
• Assist with player card signups and maintain knowledge of the Boarding Pass program.
• Promote upcoming events and recruit new player card sign-ups.
