About The Position
The position involves conducting minor general casino maintenance and service on casino machines and equipment. Responsibilities include filling machines with coins, testing coin and cash equipment, examining malfunctioning slot machines, and making necessary adjustments or repairs. The role also requires collecting coins and currency from change machines, preparing written authorizations for jackpot payouts, and conducting daily inspections of casino machines and equipment. The employee will maintain a constant presence throughout the casino, assist guests, provide general information, and respond to guest complaints in a professional manner. Additionally, the employee must observe players and machine operations for any improper use or security issues and notify management or security of any suspicious behavior.
