About The Position

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:The Slot Attendant delivers exceptional guest service by responding quickly and professionally to guests’ needs on the casino floor. This role supports smooth slot machine operations by completing minor machine repairs, processing hand-paid jackpots, replenishing printer paper, and providing helpful, friendly assistance to guests.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience.
  • 1+ year experience in gaming or hospitality preferred.
  • Proven customer service background.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable using mobile devices, tablets, and touch-screen technology.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; slot system experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence and professional conduct.
  • NE Gaming License required (must be able to obtain and maintain).

Responsibilities

  • Maintains a visible presence on the casino floor and responds promptly to guest requests.
  • Provides courteous, accurate information and offers solutions with empathy and professionalism.
  • Explains game functions, payouts, and jackpots to guests as needed.
  • Resets slot machines and processes manual jackpot payouts.
  • Refills ticket printers with voucher paper and completes light machine troubleshooting.
  • Protects company assets by following all safety procedures and maintaining proper control of keys, radios, and handheld devices.
  • Assists with player account creation and card printing.
  • Supports beverage service by helping guests place orders.
  • Adheres to attendance guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Participates in required training sessions and assists leadership with assigned projects.
  • Helps train new team members as directed.
  • Understands and complies with the Company Compulsive and Problem Gambling Plan, including regulations on serving minors and intoxicated persons.
  • Maintains flexibility with scheduling based on business needs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
