About The Position

The Slot Attendant plays a crucial role in the Slots Operation team at Chicken Ranch Casino, acting as a CRCR Ambassador. This part-time position focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, addressing guest inquiries, and resolving issues related to gaming machines. The Slot Attendant is responsible for enhancing the guest experience and ensuring compliance with casino policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Basic understanding of gaming rules and regulations.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Answer gaming machine related questions regarding gameplay and pay lines.
• Investigate and resolve basic bill validator and ticket printer issues.
• Exchange large bills for smaller ones at guest requests.
• Process manual jackpot payments as per policy and procedure.
• Promote Players Club offerings and assist in casino promotions.
• Take photos of jackpot winners as necessary.
• Aid guests and team members while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Complete daily tasks in a timely manner.
• Make prompt and sound decisions under pressure.
• Collaborate with team members to address recurring problems.
• Categorize and prioritize support requests efficiently.
• Diagnose and resolve common technical issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
