About The Position
The position involves ensuring that slot playing customers are kept engaged by providing fast and friendly service through well-maintained machines, efficient change service, and promoting customer programs and events such as Club 74 and slot tournaments. The role requires active patrolling of assigned sections to surprise and delight guests, completing various transactions promptly and accurately, and maintaining a positive attitude while assisting customers with their needs.
