About The Position

The Slot Attendant at Caesars Entertainment is responsible for providing assistance to slot players, ensuring a high level of service while monitoring the assigned area for any issues. This role involves knowledge of various slot machines, handling transactions, and addressing customer complaints, all while adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to demonstrate integrity in all situations.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to obtain a Missouri Gaming License.
• Pass background check and hair follicle drug test.
• Ability to work any day of the week and any shift, including holidays and weekends.
• Present a well-groomed appearance.

Responsibilities

• Observe all activity within assigned area and assist slot players with machine functions and payouts.
• Identify and correct minor malfunctions of slot machines.
• Process jackpot and hopper fill transactions promptly and accurately.
• Monitor for potential cheating methods and recognize attempts.
• Handle routine customer complaints and incidents with discretion.
• Relay information about property events to slot players.
• Comply with company and departmental directives and policies.
