About The Position
To provide courteous and positive service to all guests. To maintain a good working relationship with all slot personnel. To keep machines in operational order. Supervise the Slot Service Ambassadors during their shift while working as a Dual Rate Supervisor with the capability to motivate both players and Slot Service Ambassadors. To be flexible with the ability to work any shift when needed.
