Requirements

Experience with slope mowers or heavy equipment is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person
Interest in technology, robotics, or remote-control systems
Strong attention to detail and mechanical know-how
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Comfort working outdoors in all weather and terrain types
A team-player mindset, strong work ethic, and focus on safety

Nice To Haves

Certifications in landscaping, equipment operation, or erosion control
Hands-on experience with GPS-guided or autonomous tools
Background in tech, trades, or mechanical systems

Responsibilities

Operate robotic and remote-controlled slope mowers on steep, rugged, and sensitive terrain
Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment like a pro
Monitor autonomous mower performance and respond to alerts or glitches
Navigate unique environments, from hillsides to hard-to-reach green zones
Keep daily logs of activity, equipment status, and terrain conditions
Communicate with the team and help shape the future of outdoor tech work
