The slitter setup person sets up the slitting arbors and overarm and underarm separators for the slitters.
Adheres to safety protocols outlined in the Plant Employee Manual for the protection of personnel and facility integrity.
Maintains punctuality and adheres to attendance requirements as stipulated in the Attendance Policy within the Plant Employee Manual.
Executes tasks as instructed by the Slitter Operator, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
Prioritizes the acquisition of highest priority CHARTS(S) and setup requirements to facilitate seamless operations.
Sets up slitting arbors with precision and attention to detail to ensure accurate cutting specifications.
Configures underarm and overarm separators to facilitate smooth material flow during the slitting process.
Demonstrates proficiency through proper training to execute tasks typically assigned to and performed by the operator.

High school education or GED required.
Team member must have the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Must be able to also meet the physical requirements of the job including the ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet on a concrete floor for the entire shift.
Team member must also be able to effectively communicate with others and work well in a team environment.
