About The Position

Nautic Partners, LLC has acquired the Specialty Tapes business from Berry Global Group, Inc., rebranding it as Vybond™. Vybond is a standalone business focused on enhancing its leadership in pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes, providing innovative solutions to various industrial and specialty markets globally. The company is headquartered in Franklin, KY, with additional facilities in Riverhead, NY, and Bristol, RI. Vybond Group, Inc. specializes in manufacturing specialty foil, film, and duct tapes and adhesives, offering over 1,500 specialty SKUs across more than 500 product families. The company serves over 1,500 customers in sectors such as HVAC, building and construction, industrial, retail, medical, aerospace, automotive, and other specialty industries.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must have excellent attendance.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Must be able to work overtime as required.
• Must be able to perform all duties in a safe and effective manner.
• Ability to read and write.

Responsibilities

• Work from established procedures, written and/or verbal instructions.
• Prepare workstation for specific orders to be processed with correct packaging materials.
• Make visual inspections of finished tape rolls appearance and quality.
• Sort tape as to scrap, rewind, second line and good rolls and pack in the prescribed manner.
• Seal cartons where applicable and move onto conveyor or pallet.
• Stamp cartons or boxes with correct identification and check for proper labeling.
• Maintain supply of packaging materials.
• Perform various bookkeeping duties and computations to maintain records of materials processed.
• Follow prescribed safety and GMP regulations.
• Notify operator and/or supervisor of any quality or maintenance problems.
• Perform other duties as required or directed.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Move materials as necessary.
• Maintain necessary records.
• Assist crewmembers with their duties as time permits.
