About The Position

Join Millennium Print Group as a Slitter Operator S1! We're looking for a Slitter Operator to join our manufacturing team on our Night Shift. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, production, or equipment operation preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic math skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Operate slitter equipment to produce high-quality trading cards that meet production and quality standards
• Review job instructions and follow production schedules accurately
• Make routine machine and feeder adjustments to maintain productivity and quality
• Inspect product samples throughout the shift and document results
• Communicate job status and equipment conditions during shift changes
• Record production, downtime, and job details in manufacturing systems
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet on-time delivery goals
