About The Position
As a Slitter Machine Operator at Packaging Personified, you will play a crucial role in our production process, specifically working on the 3rd shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday. In this position, you will be responsible for setting up and running a slitter to meet order specifications. You will operate the slitter at maximum efficiency while adhering to quality restrictions. Additionally, you will perform required preventative maintenance as needed, weigh and wrap all finished products from the slitter and press department, and ensure that all paperwork related to slitter production is accurately completed. This role may also involve other duties as assigned by management, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team atmosphere.
