About The Position
Mackenzie-Childs is looking for artisans to hand-trim and refine the edges and surfaces of greenware pottery before bisque firing, contributing to our locally crafted Aurora collection. Paid on the job training is provided.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to use hand tools applicable to trade.
- Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
- Attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Finish green ware by trimming and leveling out rough edges to ensure a smooth surface prior to bisque firing.
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Data entry for labor recording and tracking
