About The Position

Allen Distribution is looking for a dependable and experienced Slip Sheet Forklift Operator who is committed to operational excellence, safety standards, and contributing to a high-performing warehouse team. Position OverviewThe Slip Sheet Forklift Operator is responsible for safely loading, unloading, and moving product using a forklift equipped with a push-pull (slip sheet) attachment. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Requirements

Proven experience operating a slip sheet (push-pull) forklift attachment
Minimum 1–2 years of forklift experience preferred
Ability to work 12-hour shifts (6AM–6PM)
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license.
Ability to use handheld RF Scan Device.
Must be able to lift 50lbs., sit, stand and walk for extended periods.
Must be able to twist, stoop, squat and reach above shoulder level.
Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities

Operate a forklift with slip sheet (push-pull) attachment safely and efficiently
Load and unload trailers using slip sheet method
Stage and move product within the warehouse
Perform daily equipment inspections
Maintain accurate documentation and inventory tracking
Follow OSHA and company safety policies at all times
Maintain a clean and organized work area
