About The Position

Be a part of Universal's Volcano Bay water theme park - an all-new adventure-drenched park filled with both thrills and relaxing indulgence. It's like working in a South Seas beachside paradise without ever leaving Orlando! Responsible for the safe operation of aquatic attractions, patron surveillance ensuring guest safety, and delivering exemplary guest service.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the proper use of safety practices and procedures while operating the aquatic attraction.
• Opening and closing procedures, to include loading and unloading the ride, and providing safety instructions.
• Observe ride monitors to ensure safe operation of aquatic attraction.
• Safely evacuate the ride in accordance to operating procedures.
• Welcome and greet guests, screen for ride requirements and special needs.
• Provide guest and attraction information, monitor the queue and make appropriate adjustments and record ride counts.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment by constantly monitoring the immediate area.
