About The Position

Join our production team and play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality cheese products! As a Slice Line Operator on Line 5, you'll be at the heart of the action, working with modern equipment and a fast-paced team to keep production running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Candidates must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Will be required to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally.

Nice To Haves

• 1-2+ years experience in manufacturing environment or production.

Responsibilities

• Load smaller cheese loaves onto the conveyor belt to keep the line moving.
• Accurately complete production records and documentation.
• Learn, operate, and become confident with slicing line equipment.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with the Line Lead and team members.
• Maintain a strong attention to detail to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Complete changeovers quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Perform minor maintenance and general upkeep on line equipment.
