The Sales position at VieMed focuses on marketing the OSA and Sleep program to potential and existing referral sources. The role involves developing sales territory action plans and call strategies to maintain ongoing business with current accounts while applying clinical, consultative, and strategic selling skills to drive new market potential. The candidate will coordinate and provide educational presentations and in-services for healthcare providers, manage account activity, sales documentation, reports, and territory management. Collaboration with clinical, managerial, and sales staff is essential to promote and market services to referral sources, driving sales growth. The position requires availability for patient contact and responsiveness to patient needs, with a performance level that meets or exceeds sales quotas.

  • Develop sales territory action plans and call strategies to maintain ongoing business with current accounts
  • Apply working knowledge of clinical, consultative, and strategic selling skills to drive new market potential
  • Coordinate and provide educational presentations and in-services for healthcare providers
  • Responsible for account activity, sales documentation, reports, and territory management
  • Partner with clinical, managerial, sales staff, and other internal departments to promote and market services
  • Provide availability for patient contact and response to patient needs
  • Maintain a level of performance that meets or exceeds sales quotas
  • Other duties/projects as assigned
  • Must be a resourceful problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be well-connected and have established relationships with the Sleep Specialists within the territory
  • Must be able to provide three informal letters of recommendation from a physician/provider
  • Must have a current, valid, active state driver's license with a clean driving record and own reliable transportation
  • A proven track record of successful sales experience in a health care setting
  • Experience working with physicians and nurses
  • Two or more years demonstrated full life medical sales experience
  • Formal sales training preferred
