Requirements

• Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license by the State of Wisconsin
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) through the National Board for Respiratory Care
• Current Infant–Adult Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with CPAP/PAP therapy (preferred)
• Experience working in Epic (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Work autonomously while collaborating across departments to improve patient outcomes
• Educate patients on the proper use of PAP therapies for Obstructive and Central Sleep Apnea, as directed by clinicians
• Partner with clinicians to analyze patient breathing patterns and PAP therapy issues, helping determine effective treatment plans
• Serve as a key clinical resource within a collaborative, patient-centered sleep medicine team
