About The Position

Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented, customer service-focused Sleep Program Assistant to join our Sleep Center Team! The Sleep Lab Program Assistant provides administrative, operational, and patient-support services for the sleep laboratory. This role is essential in coordinating sleep study services, supporting clinical staff, assisting patients through the testing process, and ensuring efficient day-to-day program operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a healthcare environment with sensitive patient information. Requirements

• Demonstrates eligibility for employment in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to relate and work effectively with others.
• Demonstrated verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated computer skills in utilizing word processing, integrated database and other functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sleep lab program, including scheduling, record management, and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Prepare reports, logs, and program documentation for leadership and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with sleep technologists, providers, and clinical staff to support smooth lab operations.
• Assist with special projects related to program growth or process improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
