About The Position

Requirements
- Successful completion of NP or PA Graduate Program (Masters Level)
- AANP or ANCC certification for Nurse Practitioners
- NCCPA certification for Physician Assistants
- Ability to obtain: Idaho and Oregon medical licensure, and valid controlled substance registration with the Idaho and Oregon Board of Pharmacy and DEA
- 2 years’ experience as a Sleep Medicine Provider preferred
